Inflammation is the number one medical issue facing people in North America today. There are four sources of inflammation and each one requires a pretty lengthy explanation.
Inflammation in the tissues of your body, or inflammation in the nervous system, or both is often related to chronic conditions. We used to have a saying to help us define inflammation, rubor, tumor, calor and dolor. These four Latin words mean redness, swelling, heat and pain.
